‘The worship of water’
First Unitarian Universalist Church of West Volusia in DeLand will have a Water Communion at its 10:30 a.m. service Sunday, April 14. The Presbyterian Women will have their final gathering of the season at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 13. The “Ladies’ Spring Tea and Dedication of the ‘Least Coin Offering’” will include brunch, a speaker from Young Life, and the installation of officers for next year. ‘When You Know, You Doubt’
The congregation Mosaic Unitarian Universalist will have at its Sunday, April 14, service the sermon “When You Know, You Doubt.” In a world where we have constant access to a seemingly infinite number of voices, how are we able to hear our own? And when we hear that intuitive voice in our head, how are we sure that’s what we’re hearing?
Deanna Leary will lead attendees into the world of intuition, doubt, and the problem of overthinking what already lies within us.
Save the date:
The Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp will host its annual “Spirit of Tranquility” Gala Day 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, May 11. More information will be published as we get closer to that date.
